Steve Kirk, CNHA, Senior Healthcare Authority
Steve Kirk, M Div, CNHA, FACHCA, is a healthcare consultant, writer/trainer, and licensed nursing home administrator and a Certified Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Administrators. A nationally recognized authority in elder care and senior housing, he has almost 20 year's experience directing large skilled nursing facilities as well as Hospice organizations and has been awarded the nursing home industry's top award for quality four times. Rev. Kirk has also served as an examiner for the Georgia Oglethorpe Award Program, an affiliate of the prestigious national Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. He has authored numerous articles on quality outcomes management, business processes in the skilled nursing home, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, medical error management and ethics. Steve has served as a subject matter expert for many internet-based e-learning courses and is an Adjunct University Professor in Bible, Ethics and Family Ministry. An ordained minister, Rev. Kirk is married with two grown sons and lives in Northern Kentucky. |
